Chair's report
- Update from IEEE Victorian Section meeting
  - Website competition closes on March 10th, registration form due on February 15th
  - Do we want to be involved in the Student Ethics competition, and if so, should we collaborate?
  - Possibility of publicising the Vehicular Technology conference on our website
  - Call for organisers of the 2006 R1O Student Congress
Financial report
- We need to prepare a budget for the year
- Names are now correct on account
- Internet banking access is fully functional
- Victorian Section require statement in PDF format
- Victorian Section should be given folder of receipts
- TRL cheque needs to be deposited
Branch activities
- Annual plan
  - Matlab, Latex and Unix workshops
  - Case study competition
  - BBQs in each semester
  - People required to organise workshops
  - Movie night in second semester
  - Unix workshop will be in second half of first semester
